Safehouse claims
Admin granted only in the Community zone. Hit me up on the DeadPixels Discord chat if I'm not in game to set up a time to claim your house.  Safehouses auto release after 5 days IRL of them not being visited by the owner.  Also you will be allowed to destroy the inner walls of your safehouse and the roofs (if you wish to make them up the the 3 story limit) but you will not be allowed to destroy the outside walls when building your base in the safezone area.

Respawn rate will be a full manual respawn ONCE a MONTH IRL on the 1st of the month! Basic guns and ammo will be dropped by me at regular intervals so you can thin the hordes at the military encampment of the SUNSTAR HOTEL in Muldraugh. The Tradepost will be located there as well where you can buy basic supplies with money looted off zeds.  It will be impenetrable to zombies and a PvE zone.  So a place you can meet up with new players with out fear of death.  Fuck with it if you wish to be banned. In between loot will be set to respawn every 2 days IRL. The catch is that every time a player enters a zone, they reset the cell timer. ;So heavily trafficked areas will not respawn until it is done manually. Less visited areas have a chance. That also means when the server pop is low, more chance for respawn for new players. When the pop is higher, less chance for respawn but more players available to trade items. You will have to travel to find your supplies. Shotguns, and shotgun ammo will also be dropped around the map in random locations. You can farm guns off zombies and can make your own ammo using ORGM ammo for gunpowder. Learn Hydrocraft to sustain and trade. If you are new to the game, get to the community zone to learn the ropes of the game.

1 will be on the placed at the SUNSTAR HOTEL in Muldraugh. You can buy basic materials at it with money picked up off of dead zombies. Trade Post

Zombies
Max toughness and they will have the ability to open unlocked doors...the rest. You'll have to learn from experience. Character traits choices, injuries and exhaustion will quickly make you mince meat for zombies if you aren't careful or a veteran of the game. Choices have consequences...which is how the apocalypse should be. 

Environment
Pitch black nights, severe injuries, nature/farming abundance greatly reduced. Survive in the woods alone or join a group for easier survivability. Since 2 characters are allowed. XP bonus will return to 2x.  

Reset plan
No earlier than 3 months. Pop dependent. Unless a build update destroys the map, like 38 did.



Lag Bites/Scratches
Lag happens sometimes on MP servers. This server is overclocked for the population and we do manual loot refreshes to help it out.  But as the map gets older and more people dump items on the floor, it can build up. I won't heal your lag bite/scratch unless I happen to see it when I do my rounds of checking in on players (invisibly to make sure everyone is on the up and up)  But you can avoid a lot of problems if you follow these simple hints

Factions
DeadPixels has it's own custom Faction system.  /help to learn the commands to create your faction.  It will also set up a private faction chat in game and in the DISCORD for you to talk to other members.  MAKE SURE you contact me once you make the faction so I can make the Discord channel private and add the correct members.  Initially it will be a public chat.  

DISCORD
For faction chatting, general bullshitting, getting my attention or keeping up with Global chat.  We also have faction chats that work in game and via Discord.  Contact me once you create your Faction so I can make the Discord version private and add the correct players to it.  So you can keep up with your faction even when out of game.  

We also have 3 other Global language chats that non English speakers can use.  Type in /joinchannel "Russian" or "espanol" "italiano"  in local chat for them to be added to your character.  You are also free to speak any language you want in Global, but if you are chatting with someone out of game, we ask that you use the appropriate language channel.
