Safehouse claims
Admin granted only in the Community zone. If you keep your safe house in the community zone for 2 weeks (auto releases after 5 days IRL), I will allow you to choose a RESIDENTIAL  (house in a residential area, not apartments over stores etc) safehouse anywhere on the map.  Community zone located HERE.   Until the Discord bot is re-hooked up, hit me up on Discord so I can get you a safehouse if you are interested.  I miss a lot of global chat with it not on right now. The hope is that you would add to the community zone but it's not a requirement.  Also that there would always be players rotating through, which means a place for new payers to congregate at for server population.

Respawn rate will be a full manual respawn  ONCE a MONTH IRL  (25th of every month). Basic guns and ammo will be dropped by me at regular intervals so you can thin the hordes. In between loot will be set to respawn every 4 days IRL.  The catch is that every time a player enters a zone, they reset the cell timer.  So heavily trafficked areas will not respawn until it is done manually.  Less visited areas have a chance.  That also means when the server pop is low, more chance for respawn for new players.  When the pop is higher, less chance for respawn but more players available to trade items.  You will have to travel to find your supplies. Shotguns, and shotgun ammo will be dropped at the most Police Departments.  You can farm guns off zombies and can make your own ammo using ORGM ammo for gunpowder.  Learn Hydrocraft to sustain and trade. If you are new to the game, get to the community zone to learn the ropes of the game.  

Basic Trade Post
1 will be on the map.  It's up to players to find and disclose the location if they so choose.  You can buy basic materials at it with money picked up off of dead zombies.  Trade Post

Zombies
Max toughness...the rest. You'll have to learn from experience.  Character traits choices, injuries and exhaustion will quickly make you mince meat for zombies if you aren't careful or a veteran of the game.  Choices have consequences...which is how the apocalypse should be.  

Environment
Pitch black nights, severe injuries, nature/farming abundance greatly reduced.  Survive in the woods alone or join a group for easier survivability.  Base XP bonus will be moved from 2x to 3x to help with restarting from your inevitable death. 

Reset plan
No earlier than 3 months. Pop dependent.  Unless a build update destroys the map, like 38 did. 

Lag Bites/Scratches
Lag happens sometimes on MP servers.  This server is overclocked for the population and we do manual loot refreshes to help it out.  But as the map gets older and more people dump items on the floor, it can build up.   I won't heal your lag bite/scratch unless I happen to see it when I do my rounds of checking in on players (invisibly to make sure everyone is on the up and up)  But you can avoid a lot of problems if you follow these simple hints
