Community Zone rules
Only place you can claim a safehouse. Do not demolish the outside walls. You can rearrange the inside. Build walls or structures on your property if you wish. Or build group structures around the CZ like watchtowers, concert stages, greenhouses, etc. It's a very limited HOA. If you are unsure about something, just ask. You can only claim a safehouse in this area. Safehouses auto release if the owner doesn't visit every 7 days IRL. Every time the owner visits, the 7 day timer resets. If you have to travel or can't be around for an extended period of time, let me know and I can make arrangements to keep it preserved.
